The Populist Federation of Humanity provides a framework for all humans to design their own future as a civilization. Our laws are not for the past, but for the present and future. Law and government alike must be ingrained with a strong sense of moral and humane justice and punishment, a justice and punishment that does not exceed the absolute measure necessary. If we wish for our future to be moral and humane, our society must be encouraged now, at governments conception, rather than later when a culture has already formed. The moral fiber of the government permeates through society of the present and the future. The choices of humanity are not extensive. Either humanity chooses to to protect its counterparts, to develop humanity with forward progress, to live in a society of equality, to explore the universe, its science, and our role in it, or not.
However no government is forever because humanity has made government around itself, and humanity has no stock in immortality hitherto. Thus our government must be able to change and adapt itself as the generations progress. Government must allow new generations to make radical changes to fit their times. If these generations of the future are to survive, they must also provide rights to their counterpart, nature. For humanity is of nature and if it is of nature and the laws of science and nature are challenged, then so must humanity's existence. The further that our laws are from nature and science, then the less acceptable and relevant our laws will be. It is imperative that humanity becomes balanced with it's environment and nature, if it wishes to survive at maximum growth and happiness.
Likewise, if a government is to survive, then the society's basis must be protected and aided also. This basis is family. Society is of the nature of family. Family, no matter who is included, must be supported and encouraged to grow as a positive contributing force by society. For benefit to the family is the only reason that society exists. If there is no benefit to the family, then there is no reason for government or society to exist. Humanity did not enter society or government to become worse but rather to advance itself and secure its rights.
These rights of humanity are the the foundation of society's rights. Humanity's individual rights in aggregate form, create a force of forward liberating change, but this force can not and must not out weigh the power of the individual. We must not seek to form our government around corrupt ideologies of rule, but around humanity's and its counterparts rights. Rule of force and fraud are fundamental underlying principles of the ideologies of rule over the people, and these fundamentals are as primitive as man itself. Thus to liberate man from primitive thought, you must remove primitive society.
We must ensure that our officials are held accountable, by the people, that their powers are regulated, by the people, and that the decisions that will effect the people are made by the people whom will feel the consequence, which is the people. No longer shall superstitions, power of force, and economic monopoly, be the powers that government use to rule the people. Rather, let logic, reason, understanding, and contribution to society be the tools of the people to rule their own lives.
Laws are not to benefit a single person or a single class, but rather to provide equality, protection, and aid to society. All life is equal and has the right to a fair chance to not only a bearable life, but a happy life. Society must have the ability to adapt to unbearable circumstances and provide this happiness. It is the only point of true socially based government to provide a framework in which society can meet its criteria of providing education, human growth, and growth of civilization. These are the only reasons for the existence of laws and government. Government must give society the ability to meet these requirements as efficiently and quickly as possible. Humanity can never make any circumstance his purpose, but government can provide humanity with the tools to improve those circumstances.
Figures and diplomats of wisdom to humanity are important to us and the correct wisdom for the correct circumstance is key to understanding a solution for improvement. So, society must have a diplomat who is best suited to their subject. Politicians are but diplomats of law and only law. Therefore Artists and Philosophers must be diplomats of humanity's morals and conditions, Scientists must be the diplomats to humanity's technological development and future, and citizens the diplomats of society. Who better than these should we choose to be our figures of wisdom to humanity. Diplomats of which their duty would be to speak to, to speak for, and to encourage us in the direction of progress. These are the diplomats of change and must have facilitation for the ability to effect change. No non elected person or non democratic group has the right to make any significant change in society without the consent of society. Therefore if there is a power to be found unchecked, then it is the duty of diplomats, law, and government to ensure that either power redistributes in favor of the people, or equality sought between unchecked power and the people's voice.
It is these reasons that make The Populist Federation of Humanity our Purpose. For government belongs to the people and not the contrary. It is our belief that a good society fuels, prospers, and builds upon itself and that government is merely an aid in forming a functioning society. Laws are only tools to stop harm from a society, not to control a society. A thriving civilization needs not more laws but more education, technology, and aid to less fortunate less thriving parts of civilization. Education, technology, and human growth, in turn, spreads its benefits to the rest of society and society promotes healthy growth in culture and family. This healthy growth is the direct result of logic, reason, understanding, and ultimately leads to the greatness of a civilization. Our laws are to support these and defy the contrary.
